1. Freight Carrier Partners & Real-Time Tracking
We partner with premier LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight lines including Estes Express, R+L Carriers, SAIA, Old Dominion, and TForce Freight. As soon as your crated outboard passes through our automated strapping and inspection bay, a Bill of Lading (BOL) and tracking number are generated and emailed to you.
2. Residential Delivery Appointment Protocol
For residential deliveries, the freight destination terminal will call the telephone number provided during checkout 24 hours prior to delivery to schedule a mandatory 2-to-4 hour delivery appointment window. Please ensure an adult is present to inspect and sign the delivery receipt.
3. Factory OEM Packaging & Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)
Every engine is shipped brand-new in heavy-duty OEM factory packaging (reinforced steel framing and heavy corrugated exterior). Prior to crating, our certified rigging technicians verify engine serial numbers, include all owner manuals, tool kits, safety lanyards, and accessory fuel tanks where specified.
4. Inspection Upon Arrival (Before Signing)
Before signing the carrier delivery receipt, inspect the outer crate for any visible freight damage. In the extremely rare event of puncture or severe structural damage, clearly note "Damaged on Arrival" on the driver's delivery receipt before signing and contact our logistics desk at (774) 390-5171 immediately.
